The 60-day window begins on the date your order is delivered. The guarantee applies to orders placed through this official portal, neurogenicaofficial.com. Products purchased from third-party sellers are not covered, because they are outside our authorized distribution.

How to request a refund

Email support@neurogenicaofficial.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note. We will reply with simple return instructions, including the return address. You do not need to send back unused product to start the conversation.

Processing and timing

Once your return is received and confirmed, we issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within three to five business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Shipping costs

The original shipping fee, where one applied, is non-refundable. Return shipping, if required, is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
